Our Return Policy
Due to the sexual nature of the products sold at Melrose Urban Female, products CANNOT BE RETURNED except when they are defective. Other than defective products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your shipment, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. If you should find that any of your products are not working correctly you must contact us by phone so that we are satisfied that in fact the product is defective. We will only provide credit or exchanges within 30 days of shipping for DEFECTIVE items in which this prior agreement has been made. If, for any reason, an unauthorized order is returned you will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus shipping. Sorry, we do not cover shipping charges for returns but do cover shipping charges when we send you an excahnge. Since more than 50% of the defects as first described to us turn out to be battery insertion or battery contact-related, we strictly adhere to this policy without exception! Important Notice: Please ship the product back to us in its original packaging and the following form must be included. Simply click here to download. You will need to print out this form, complete it, and include it in the return box. Returns without this form will not be accepted. How discreetly is the package shipped?
We use the boxes supplied to us from each shipper we choose. Typically this is UPS or USPS. There is nothing on the packaging that identifies our store, the genre, or contents of your order. Our return address on your shipping label discreetly identifies out parent corporation, Square One Solutions, Inc and our address at 8391 Beverly Blvd., #448, Los Angeles, CA 90048-2633. Inside each box, the items are individually wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with our Melrose Urban Female labels, just in case the wrong household member opens up the box.
How will my purchase be displayed on my credit card statement?
