Orders are processed and shipped the same day if received by 2 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Any order received after 2 PM Friday will be processed the following Monday. If a back order does occur you will be notified.

If your billing address, security code or name on card does not match your Bankcard you will be notified before we can process your order. All shipments are discreetly packaged in plain boxes, padded envelopes, or USPS supplied packaging. Our name appears as “Customer Service” on the return address.

We ship via FedEx and USPS. PO Boxes can only receive USPS Priority.Shipping days are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday not including holidays) Standard Ground shipping is delivered in 6 to 8 business days. USPS Priority is delivered in 2-3 business days, the day of shipping is not counted. USPS Express delivers next day or 2nd day if yours is a rural address. USPS does not guaranty 2-3 days on Priority but they nail it 99% of the time.

PLEASE NOTE: Melrose Urban Female is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once it has tracked delivered by designated shipper. Our shippers will leave your order at your door if you are not home. If you feel that a delivery left will be unsafe, please request Signature Delivery Conformation when you choose your shipping method.

We will only ship to your credit card billing address, as verified by our secure, automated payment gateway. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, etc., imposed on your order. On occasion, orders can experience additional delays in customs.

International customers please note; Please be aware of your customs restrictions and what is allowable into your country. Melrose Urban Female is not responsible and will not be held accountable for items that do not pass customs and are either lost or stolen in the process.

International customers please note; Melrose Urban Female is not responsible for any customs or duty charges. Please be aware of you country's rules regarding international imports.

For International orders, the required Customs declaration description will read: "plastic articles", "body care products" or "educational dvds". If you feel more comfortable with us using a different descriptive text, we will gladly fill out the form with what you provide us (within legal limits).

Shipping Restrictions: It is important that you are aware of any restrictions within your local area before purchasing any adult products. Since State Laws pertaining to adult content is constantly changing, Melrose Urban Female cannot be held responsible if you choose to order adult materials into an area that places restrictions on them.
